As a top marketing executive with nearly 30 years of corporate and agency B2B services experience, Jill Kouri joined HCLTech as their chief global marketing officer in 2021. In her role, Kouri is responsible for nurturing the brand as well as supporting business teams to drive growth across the company’s broadening suite of technology services.

Within the first year of joining HCLTech, Kouri relaunched a new brand narrative and EVP, modernizing the go-to market strategy and bringing HCLTech into the next phase of its evolution. She also secured HCLTech the official Cornerstone Partnership with MetLife Stadium and the official digital transformation partnership with the New York Giants, New York Jets and MetLife Stadium. This partnership supports HCLTech’s vision to enhance the digital experience of communities.
Under her leadership, HCLTech scaled up volunteerism and corporate partnerships in education, environment and health. Kouri also led the company’s presence in Davos and its partnership with industry forums like World Economic Forum and UN Girl Up.
In her role, Kouri helped to drive internal change, leading workshops and panels for DE&I programs, making the culture and DE&I agenda core to the company narrative and explicit commitment. “She is an ally and champion for HCLTech’s employee resource groups and can be frequently found participating and sponsoring their meetings, events, awareness campaigns and global activities.”
Personally, Kouri is a firm believer in the advancement of women in the workplace and has long supported Dress for Success, serving on the not-for-profit organization’s advisory council. She was also named a 2016 Woman of Influence by the Chicago Business Journal.
