Servant leadership kicked off the year in full form on Thursday, January 15th, 2025, as the Philadelphia Titan 100 partnered with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia!
This impactful day showcased the power of leaders coming together to serve their community, setting the tone for the year with unity, empathy, and social responsibility.
The 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 Day of Service was a tremendous success!
From building tables, chairs, shelves, and more… the Titans rolled up their sleeves to support Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore. These efforts contribute to Habitat’s mission of helping families achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through safe and affordable housing.
This year’s service day was also a moment to reflect on the inspiring legacy of President Jimmy Carter, whose unwavering dedication to Habitat for Humanity over four decades demonstrated the profound impact of servant leadership. President Carter’s hands-on work reminds us that leaders have a unique ability to inspire change and uplift their communities through nonprofit support and collective action.

On November 12, 2024, 75 C-suite executives gathered for an exclusive workshop on “Unlocking Workplace Success: Mastering Your Behavioral Drives with the Predictive Index.” The event focused on using **The Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment**—a tool used by over 9,000 companies worldwide—to understand and optimize workplace behavior.
Key Insights & Takeaways
Executives learned how to leverage their own behavioral drives to enhance personal productivity and reduce stress. By understanding their motivations, they gained strategies for better self-management.
The workshop showed leaders how to use PI insights to better understand their team members, adapt their leadership styles, and improve communication and performance.
Leaders explored how to foster faster team growth by understanding the behavioral dynamics that drive team success, enabling them to create more cohesive, high-performing groups.
The event featured interactive activities, networking opportunities, and a happy hour and light bites for attendees to unwind and share insights.
By the end of the session, executives had actionable strategies for using The Predictive Index to create a more engaged, productive, and high-performing workplace.
On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the Philadelphia Titan 100 gathered for a unique and immersive experience, blending the art of cheese and spirits pairing followed by thought-provoking roundtable discussions. Set in the picturesque Philadelphia Distillery, the event offered a relaxed yet stimulating atmosphere for high-level networking, indulgence, and intellectual exchange.
Guests were welcomed with a curated tasting of artisanal cheeses, expertly paired with a selection of Philadelphia Distilling’s finest spirits. The expert pairings led by Certified Cheesemongers, Tommy Amorim, ACS CCP, and Emilia D’Albero, ACS CCP, with Blue Coat American Dry Gin, Blue Coat Barrel Aged Dry Gin, and Vigo Amaro, each complemented by hand-selected artisanal cheeses with accouterments.
The Titans spent the evening in small, moderated roundtables discussing leadership, vision, nurturing teams, and strategic growth.
