Thirty years ago, an idea Jacquelyn Campbell had to “simplify” her life was the beginning of Campbell & Company. The firm grew from her kitchen table to three office locations in the Tampa Bay area, and the World Wide Web allowed national service to over 30 team members located in multiple states.
“Our mission is to have a significant impact – we are focused on helping people improve and enjoy an epic, Hallmark™ life that positively influences future generations,” said Campbell. “We do this by using 360-degree analysis to provide personalized recommendations and ideas that reduce unpleasant surprises and solve people’s problems.”
By expanding into wealth management, Campbell said the firm has enhanced its service capabilities, now offering a comprehensive suite of financial services, catering to the diverse needs of its clients.
Some of the clients that started at Campbell’s kitchen table are still a part of the Campbell & Company family today and the company has had 100 team members over the years, including mothers, daughters, sons, brothers, sisters, husbands and wives – truly a family business.
Campbell’s firm stands out with its comprehensive 360-degree analysis of clients’ financial histories and patterns. This approach enables them to craft strategic plans that secure their clients’ futures, emphasizing the creation of generational wealth and offering specialized support for those in the “retirement red zone” and first responders.
“She has not only grown her successful businesses but also leveraged her experience to coach other entrepreneurs and family businesses as they grow and gain clarity about the future of the business and their succession plan,” said her staff.
Campbell’s influence goes beyond the family business. Campbell is the author of “Be Prepared, Creating Peace of Mind for You and Your Loved Ones,” hosts the “Beyond the Money” podcast, the creator of the Hero Bundle, and has a patent pending for her financial software.
“Jackie’s story is one of innovation, empowerment and strategic foresight in the financial planning sector,” said her staff. “Her dedication to financial literacy and client care sets a benchmark for professionals everywhere.”
As a leader, Campbell said you must be a doer, a relator, and trustworthy. “As a visionary and a passionate problem-solver, I am constantly seeking innovative ways to improve lives and create a positive impact; whether working with clients or driving change within my organization, I am always on the lookout for ways to enhance, elevate and inspire,” said Campbell. “My ultimate goal is to empower everyone I touch to live their most fulfilling, beautiful and adventurous life.”
