Wade Pierson has led a transformative journey in the talent acquisition industry. With over two decades of experience in executive operations, sales leadership, talent intelligence technology, and partnership development, Pierson has not only witnessed but also significantly contributed to the evolution of the industry, said his staff. His passion for revolutionizing talent discovery and engagement led him to join Leoforce in 2022 as the chief revenue officer.

Leoforce is an innovative AI human resource technology solution, the company behind Arya, the AI that empowers talent acquisition and recruiting teams to streamline sourcing and engagement, reach top talent before the competition, and focus on building meaningful connections with candidates.

Since joining Leoforce, Pierson has spearheaded the expansion and adoption of Arya across multiple markets and segments to showcase AI’s transformative potential in the industry. In addition, he has been instrumental in making continuous improvements to the solution offering, sales cycle, client services and partner relationships.

“Wade takes pride in leading a team that shares his commitment to excellence and customer-centricity,” said his staff. “He has driven revenue growth and innovation at Leoforce, providing an expansive solution offering in the talent acquisition industry.”

Pierson’s accomplishments in the industry have spanned from starting two staffing companies from the ground up. Since he joined Leoforce, the firm won the HR Tech – talent acquisition solutions of the year award and the Business Intelligence customer service award. Pierson was featured on the HR Tech Spotlight podcast.

“When I was 12 years old, I wrote in my journal that I wanted to own my own company, and at 13, I started my own landscaping business, sold that, went to college and graduate school,” said Pierson. “I then started two more companies of my own and have been at c-level at two others, so I believe in staying focused, locked in and adamant about executing a plan.”

Pierson said that taking risks, like starting a company when you are 29 with a 3-month-old newborn, shaped his career. “When you do something like that, there’s no plan B and there is no safety net, so you have to figure it out via critical thinking and grinding,” he said. “This can help shape the rest of your professional career.”

As a leader, Pierson said he thrives on empowering others. “Strong leaders listen to understand; they don’t listen to speak,” he said. “It’s essential to hire great people and let them be great.”
