As a leader, Fischbeck said it’s important to always look for the positive in stressful situations. “No matter the issue, there are always silver linings to be found if you have the proper perspective,” he said. “You need to find joy in everything you do.”
He is also a leader willing to get his hands dirty. “I love going to a job site as a technician, where I can have fun challenging the younger guys with speed and accuracy, building confidence by interacting one-on-one,” said Fischbeck. “It’s important to stay connected as a team and see firsthand the processes and services we offer from everyone’s viewpoint.”
