From an early age, Justin Clarke found himself captivated by the sheer power and presence of big trucks, their rumbling engines stirring his imagination. He longed to understand the lives of the drivers behind the wheel. Nurtured by his upbringing in an entrepreneurial family, this innate curiosity became the driving force behind Clarke’s ambition. At 19, Clarke and his twin brother embarked on their entrepreneurial journey and by 2001, their collective vision materialized into Contracted Driver Services (CDS), later rebranded as F|Staff – a beacon of innovation in the staffing industry.
F|STAFF is a truck driver staffing company with a single app that connects drivers and jobs. The mission of the firm is to provide a workforce of truckers, fueled by technology.
“Justin stands as a towering figure in the staffing industry, distinguished by his relentless pursuit of innovation and his steadfast refusal to accept the status quo,” said his staff. “As a disruptor, he continually seeks to engineer and deliver solutions that not only elevate his own company but also uplift the entire industry.”
Clarke is known for championing the cause of empowering workers to lead more fulfilling lives, characterized by increased freedom and control. Through his pioneering efforts, he is reshaping the very landscape of employment, reimagining traditional paradigms and fostering a culture of employment.
“At the core of Justin’s ethos lies a commitment to redefining how people engage with work, dismantling barriers and opening doors to new possibilities,” said his staff.
Clarke’s accomplishments are multifaceted. He served as the co-chairman of the Arizona Truck Driver Championship from 2008 to 2011 and was a founding member of the West Valley Mavericks and Chargers. Clarke is a notable speaker with presentations at the U.S. Milk Holler Conference and the Arizona Trucking Association and Conference.
One of his most notable achievements lies in the establishment of The Honey Foundation, a tribute to his late identical twin brother. The Honey Foundation serves as a beacon of kindness and compassion, dedicated to spreading positivity and making a meaningful impact in communities worldwide.
As a leader, Clarke said he relies on empathy. “Workers want and need a deeper, more meaningful connection to their jobs and require empathetic leaders that connect work with purpose,” he said. “Leaders also embrace the future and bring forward the ideas that improve the business experience or profitability. My mind is an idea factory and I enjoy thinking about new goods or services that could improve the quality of life for others.”
