When Roux met her husband, his ownership of the Shooter’s World location in Phoenix resonated with her entrepreneurial aspirations. Her involvement in the business from 2010 marked the beginning of a new chapter, not only in her personal life but also in the journey of Shooter’s World.

The firm aims to uphold the Second Amendment responsibly, positively impact society and build a diverse, supportive shooting community. In the heart of Phoenix, Shooter’s World has established itself as the premier indoor shooting range and as a beacon of safety, education and inclusivity in the firearms community.
Together, Roux and her husband have expanded Shooter’s World beyond its original Phoenix location to Peoria and Goodyear. In addition, under Roux’s leadership, the company has grown to offer other entrepreneurial ventures, including Flow State, a software innovation company, SWAT Armor protective gear, and Subtle Savage outdoor apparel and adventure gear. The company has been featured in the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s industry publication as a top 10 innovator and received the 2023 Excellence in Business Award from the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce.
