This aspiration became a reality while she was working at OpenText as the director of SAP Global Services.
During this time, she identified a significant opportunity in the professional services space. Recognizing the potential to specialize in a niche market focusing on SAP content management solutions, she founded Optima ECM Consulting in 2009.

Under Salomon’s leadership, Optima ECM Consulting has expanded beyond traditional ECM solutions to include innovation in SAP Spend Management, S/4 HANA, and custom development. She also launched Optima Simple, which brings packaged services and bundled offerings to Optima clients. The company anticipates 35% growth in revenues in 2024.
Salomon led the firm to distinguish itself as a WBENC certified woman-owned business enterprise. She has been recognized as an ATHENA award nominee and an ASU Sun Devil 100 recipient.
