“I enjoy learning new things and seeing the field grow and change – reading about new laws or changes in the work environment helps to refuel my interest in the field,” she said. “I also maintain excitement about my work by networking and engaging with clients in the business community because hearing people speak passionately about what they do, how they are responding to challenges, and what they foresee happening to work on the macro and micro level has always been something that helps reignite the spark for my own profession.”

A sought-after speaker and media contributor, Prinz is known for her insights on employment law, workplace dynamics and business negotiations.
