Since joining the company in 1999, Massey has played a pivotal role in transforming Anthropologie from a boutique catalog retailer with just 14 stores into a global lifestyle destination with over 240 locations across North America and Europe.

As the global executive director of retail, Massey oversees all retail operations, field teams and infrastructure. She also leads Anthropologie’s visual team, which is celebrated for its innovative window displays and immersive in-store experiences.

Since stepping into her current role in 2017, she has led her team through significant challenges, including a global pandemic, social justice reform, and the adoption of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Massey has maintained a steadfast commitment to building a balanced, family-friendly work environment that supports personal and professional growth throughout these transformations.
