Recognizing 100 CEOs & C-level Executives

Mark Becker’s drive to work hard and establish an organization is deeply ingrained in his upbringing. “Witnessing my grandpa’s unwavering dedication to hard work as he fixed tractors, assisted in calf deliveries and displayed remarkable problem-solving abilities was profoundly inspiring,” said Becker. “His steadfast work ethic and ability to find solutions left a lasting impression on me.”

Geneva10 Fulfillment has provided Becker with a platform to channel this drive and transform his work into a genuine passion. “My true passion lies in the act of building, of creating something greater,” he said. “Founding a company with an inherent DNA as a builder, I believe, has been the magnetic force attracting the multitude of talented individuals to join our team.”

Geneva10 Fulfillment is a distributor and third-party logistics provider within a diversified retail landscape, showcasing proficiency in efficiently handling small consumer orders while concurrently facilitating the seamless shipping of substantial product volumes to major retail entities such as Walmart, Amazon and Target.

Under Becker’s guidance, the firm developed and implemented ChannelPoint, a sophisticated warehouse management system, streamlining integration with manufacturers and retailers at the touch of a button. The company has also added five new facilities since 2019, collectively adding over 700,000 square feet of space.

Over the past year, Becker, a two-time Titan 100, has led the team to achieve a $30 million increase in revenue at the hazmat fulfillment division while onboarding over 20 new manufacturers.

Investments in advanced logistics and compliance infrastructure have been pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of diverse product categories, said Becker. “Our team’s dedication to innovation and excellence has been instrumental in these achievements,” he said. “By continuously exploring new opportunities and leveraging our expertise, we have not only expanded our capabilities but also enhanced the overall customer experience.”

A key initiative for Becker this year was to enhance training programs to equip his team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel. “By fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, we have empowered our employees to embrace new challenges and contribute to our collective success,” he said.

Becker said that fostering a culture of growth and development includes expanding access to internal job postings. “We believe that providing our employees with the chance to explore new roles and industries is a crucial aspect of their professional growth and the overall success of our businesses,” he said. “By prioritizing internal candidates, we continue to invest in our employees’ development, creating a dynamic and motivated workforce that can drive the continued success of all our ventures.”
