As part of the company’s 10-year plan, Tucker is actively setting ambitious goals for Pegasus Technologies’ growth and expansion. This includes tripling the gross revenue by 2033, opening a new location by the end of 2024 to expand the company’s reach and enhancing co-managed IT services to complement companies with existing internal IT staff.
In addition, Tucker is committed to mentoring and developing the Pegasus leadership team to ensure the company’s success continues well into the future.
“One of the most significant risks I undertook as a leader was investing in the development of Pegasus’ future leadership, even when the company’s financial situation may not have warranted it,” Tucker said. “By making a commitment to developing a leadership team at an early stage, both the company and I faced financial pressures. However, I firmly believed in the importance of assembling a team capable of scaling beyond the abilities of any individual, while also fostering career opportunities for present and future employees. I take great pride in sharing that years of dedication to this mission has been very successful. The current leadership in place is effectively steering the company’s trajectory and will undoubtedly continue to do so long after my departure.”
This is Tucker’s second appearance on the Titan 100 list.
