Initially joining the company in an entry-level position in 2003, Gross continued to step up and fulfill roles.

“Amidst these transformative years, I thought about the company’s direction, the future of the company, and my role therein, but there wasn’t really a way to predict or plan a traditional career trajectory for myself,” she said. “I chose to trust in myself, my team and the visionary leadership guiding nimble’s course – an audacious decision that proved worthwhile.”

What followed as substantial growth as the company acquired four companies in 2022 and rebranded in 2023 with Gross serving as the COO.

In the past year since she was named a Titan 100, Gross spearheaded the planning and execution of a complex multifaceted international project with strict timelines, which resulted in $3 million annualized savings to the company’s bottom line. Simultaneously, while maintaining nimble’s base operation and client satisfaction, she was involved in the integration of four company acquisitions, each bringing additional service offerings, resources and technology.

“As a team, we worked hard to integrate and streamline all companies into the nimble way while still making each company feel valued and a part of something exciting with opportunities to continue to grow and scale,” said Gross. “By having a proactive approach, seeking solutions and opportunities to improve, I grew as a person and as a leader.”
