During her time in healthcare, Solomon gained invaluable industry knowledge and experience beyond her finance and accounting background. When she re-entered the accounting field and began working at FORVIS, she realized that the decision ultimately proved to be a game changer.

With 25 years of experience, Solomon has worked with hospitals to develop growth strategies and partnerships, performance improvement solutions, and data-centric risk-based analysis. She has been involved in multimillion-dollar exempt bond offerings and coordinated large integrated health system audits.
