Since he was named a Titan 100, Michael Hersh has learned that leaders always need to be grooming its next set of leaders. “It does not matter if you are the CEO or middle management, we always need to be grooming our next leaders inside the company and try every day to develop leaders and impact lives,” he said.

Training leaders to handle growth has also been a top priority since the company hit its three-year goal to grow the company from 34 million to 100 million in 2022. The following year, Hersh led the team to implement new SOPs and streamline the company to set it up for its next historical growth trajectory.

BrandPoint Services simplifies facility maintenance and repair needs with a dedicated account team and national network of pre-qualified, skilled contractors. Moving forward, Hersh said the company is set up for its next phase of growth to move the company from 100 million in revenue to 200 million in revenue while increasing the bottom line.

This will be accomplished by selling into new banners at a historical rate, increasing revenue inside existing customers, and launching new service offerings. By 2024, Hersh said the firm will make its largest investment into technology, people and process. This will include looking at cutting-edge tools like AI and other technologies that will propel the company to the front of the class and stand out from its competitors.

Hersh said BrandPoint Services is investing heavily in human capital by launching BrandPoint University, a learning tool that will house over 100 various courses that will train the workforce on a variety of very important key initiatives not only in the industry but in the company as well.

According to Hersh, his best secret superpower is arguably visionary leadership. “This superpower encompasses several critical attributes and abilities that together empower me to steer their organization toward long-term success and sustainability,” he said. “I also have the ability and desire to get down in the weeds when necessary and be a servant leader. You couple these two superpowers and I truly believe that this is what has made me successful.”

Hersh has made it a priority to invest heavily in the firm’s human capital. “We consider human capital to be our biggest asset,” he said. “This leads to everyone inside our organization pushing for continuous improvement and to strive to get better each and every day.”
