Renee Patrone Rhinehart does more than just host a party to remember. The founder of two companies, Patrone Rhinehart is now a self-made business leader. Over the past decade, she has grown Events by Renee LLC, into Philadelphia’s premiere wedding planning business. She then launched Party Host Helpers LLC, after realizing so many hosts were missing out on their events.
Party Host Helpers LLC, have a mission to make customers and their business look good by handling the tasks that need delegating. From setup, service, cleanup and everything in between, the firm will ensure clients stay happy and guests are taken care of. Party Host Helpers is a national event staffing company providing servers, bartenders, brand ambassadors, event registration staff and event leads for in-home parties through large corporate events.
Under Patrone Rhinehart’s leadership, Party Host Helpers has over 30,000 ‘helpers’ registered to work events coast-to-coast and an executive sales team of 15 covering more than 30 major cities across the country. The company has helped clients from the Supreme Court of the United States, sold-out event stadiums, A-list celebrities, Ivy League Colleges and international brands manage their events.
In an elite class of women business owners, Patrone Rhinehart has surpassed the $1 million threshold for annual revenue and consistently grows that number year over year, even following a global pandemic. She has also earned a list of awards locally and nationally, including the Best of Philly, Best of Atlantic County, and was named a 40 Under 40 by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
