Caroline Harland brings decades of experience in human resource management, including eight years in aviation at firms such as Sawyer Aviation, to her role as chief people officer and managing director of DermaCrush.

DermaCrush, a medical aesthetics company, utilizes one-on-one consultation and collaborative assessment coupled with injectables and laser technology to erase signs of aging on the face and body to provide facial rejuvenation while maintaining a client’s natural look.

In her role, Harland focuses on talent acquisition and management, the development of team culture, and demonstrating how to lead with empathy. She works closely with senior management teams to ensure they have the support needed for operational effectiveness.

As a chief people officer, Harland has significantly contributed to her present and past companies winning several awards, including the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private cCompanies, best of the city, and best of Arizona. Harland is a member of the Contribution Community, a national heart-based leadership peer group that meets weekly to discuss and strategize ways to improve their HR roles. She also mentors several HR executive peers, helping them navigate workplace issues within their respective companies.
