Despite entering a male-dominated IT industry, Vicki Mayo embarked on her entrepreneurial path, driven by a vision to create positive change and empower others. Raised in humble beginnings by immigrant parents from India, Mayo’s upbringing instilled a strong work ethic and a sense of social responsibility.
Her entrepreneurial endeavors began with Global Market Innovators (GMI) where she served as the owner, spearheading strategic acquisitions to expand the company’s reach. In addition to GMI, Mayo founded TouchPoint Solution, where she applied breakthrough neuroscientific innovations to develop wearables that offer fast stress relief. Beyond the realms of technology, her impact extends to the sports arena. She became a partner for the Rajasthan Royals, a championship-winning cricket team in the Indian Premier League.
Mayo also co-founded the Mayo Family Foundation which addresses pressing social issues such as food insecurity, support for at-risk children and aiding international refugees. Notably, Mayo played a pivotal role in rescuing and assisting Afghan women fleeing from the Taliban.
