In his capacity as a titan of industry, Herr has been at the forefront of many innovative initiatives that have been aimed at ensuring continued growth and adaptability to changing market conditions. One of the most significant steps was investing heavily in research and development when he was at Arcoro. “This enabled us to constantly innovate our HR modules, features and services to stay ahead of the curve in meeting the constantly evolving needs of our customers,” he said. “We also made it a priority to incorporate cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning in operations.”
