This ability has helped her approach and tackle challenges as the chief impact officer of Televerde and the chief executive officer of the Televerde Foundation.
Televerde, based in Phoenix, is a sales, marketing, and customer experience solutions partner that delivers revenue as a service and customer care expertise with a human touch, best-in-class technology, and an operating model that is resilient to shifting market conditions. The Televerde Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to providing currently and formerly incarcerated women with the personal and professional training, education and development programs necessary for successful integration into society.
In the past year since she was named a Titan 100, Cirocco said her greatest accomplishment has been the strategic expansion and deepened impact of the Televerde Foundation through the inauguration of new centers in Arizona and Indiana. As a result, the team doubled its staff members, added five new board members and three advisory board members, and increased its operational capacity and strategic oversight.
Cirocco has also been instrumental in diversifying and stabilizing funding streams which has allowed the organization to adapt to changing marketing conditions with agility and resilience. She has also focused on actively coaching, providing guidance and making recommendations to help women navigate their career paths.
“Reflecting on my leadership journey over the past year, the most significant lesson I’ve learned is the importance of swift and decisive action in facing adversity,” said Cirocco. “As a leader, it’s crucial to quickly develop a comprehensive recovery plan, communicate it clearly and effectively to your team, and lead with unwavering confidence and determination to ensure its successful execution.”
This experience has also taught Cirocco the value of continuous learning and adapting leadership strategies to meet evolving challenges. “Engaging with my team and stakeholders throughout the process has reinforced the importance of collaboration and collective effort in overcoming obstacles,” she said. “My approach to fostering an environment conducive to nurturing the next generation of titans is rooted in hands-on mentorship and support.”
