Brad Oleshansky

Founder/CEO

The Motor Enclave

Location: Tampa, Florida

Founded: 2020

Industry: Event Venue/Motorsports

Brad Oleshansky has transcended three diverse industries and applied the same mentality of collaboration, diligence, and integrity to drive his success. He spent the first 12+ years of his career as an entertainment attorney in Los Angeles, California, including roles at Virgin Records, The Walt Disney Company, a boutique Beverly Hills law firm and several global marketing services agencies.

Oleshansky moved home to Michigan in 2004 to join digital marketing firm Big Communications in its infancy as chief operating officer, ultimately taking on the role of chief executive officer after an acquisition. His next venture was building M1 Concourse, a $75M+ auto enthusiast destination in Pontiac, Michigan. In 2019, he left M1 Concourse to launch The Motor Enclave, the premier developer of experiential motorsports venues in North America.

Its 200-acre development in Tampa includes a 1.6-mile Hermann Tilke-designed driving circuit, a 2-acre vehicle dynamics pad, a 100-acre off-road experience with miles of purpose-built trails, a 37,000-square-foot corporate event center, and the largest private garage community in the world with more than 300 privately owned luxury garages.

Looking forward, Oleshansky’s vision includes expanding the firm’s brand into different verticals to build a lifestyle brand with reciprocity for its clients/members/owners. “We will continue to surprise and delight clients with incredible customer service and the ability to host events that leave guests raving about what a unique experience they had while at The Motor Enclave,” he said. “We are always focusing on building value and growing.”

As an entrepreneur, Oleshansky said he has taken financial risks where he has had to spend significant sums before success is guaranteed. “I have had reputational risk due to the high-profile nature of my projects and if they were not to work out that could damage my ability to continue to attract investors and clients,” he said. “The most important risk I took was walking away from the wrong investor when no one else was willing to invest. While this was extraordinarily risky, ensuring that those on my team are aligned with my values is more important to me and has served me well over the years.”

Oleshansky is known as a leader who has tenacity and persistence in the face of negativity, as well as the only developer to successfully conceive and build two motorsports venues in the United States with both projects completed with zero conventional funding.

“Successful leaders need to have integrity, patience, grit and determination,” he said.
