Before founding Revive Kitchen and Bath, Caballero and his father owned and operated a firm that managed renovation projects for private equity and hedge funds across the country. He oversaw the remodeling of 245 homes in 22 states. Ultimately, Caballero made the decision to work directly with homeowners in his local community to leverage the expertise he gained from nationwide endeavors with the launch of Revive Kitchen and Bath.

Under Caballeros leadership, Revive has achieved significant revenue growth, scaling from $0 to $20 million per year in sales in less than three years. Today, Revive boasts a talented team of 35 full-time employees and collaborates with hundreds of contractors every day.
The company was voted best remodeler in Tampa Bay for three consecutive years and has won seven National Association of the Remodeling Industry awards, more than any other company in the Tampa Bay region. Caballero was recognized as a 30 under 30 by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
Within the community, Caballero is committed to making a positive impact, supporting organizations such as Mercy Full Project. Additionally, his firm completed a free bathroom renovation for a disabled veteran in 2023.
