She has pioneered technological change by leading big data efforts at Nielsen and is now leading GenAI implementation at Trellix with the recent launch of Trellix Wise: GenAI for Trellix customers’ biggest security operations challenges.

Anstett has been instrumental in building leadership and development programs, nurturing more than 200 professionals who now thrive in different businesses across Tampa Bay—including leaders at JPMorgan, Citi, Syniverse, Publix, KnowBe4, Nielsen and Iron Mountain.

Anstett’s accomplishments have led to recognition as a finalist for the Women in Tech global awards, a winner as one of the Forbes chief information officer next 50 innovative leaders, and speaking engagements for Google, the Tampa Synapse Summit, and the Tampa Bay poweredUP Tech Festival.

In her leadership role, Anstett said that putting employees first is crucial. “Leaders must recognize and nurture the diverse experiences and expertise that team members bring from various industries and functional areas,” she said. “Prioritizing the growth of individuals by aligning their passions with opportunities fosters a motivated and high-performing team.”

Equally important is a focus on customers, said Anstett. “For me, this means understanding the needs of other chief information officers and chief information security officers to help them identify the right products or services to protect their organizations and meet demands in an ever-changing cybersecurity landscape,” she said. “Authentic leadership, characterized by trust and empowerment, enables teams to innovate and adapt quickly, and this approach not only attracts the most talented individuals but also ensures they can work effectively in a dynamic environment.”
