Under Marshalls leadership, the company has propelled forward from $3 million in revenue in 2019 to $25 million by the end of 2023. The employee count increased from 20 to 60 during this time, too. Marshall was instrumental in establishing standard operating procedures and the development of the Bay Way symbolizing a dedication to quality and innovation.

As the president of the firm, Marshall also fills the role of chief financial officer, using his expertise to ensure that the companys financial health remains robust.
