Recognizing the need for innovative educational programs, Mussler founded Next Gen Tech 360, a program aimed at nurturing young minds and cultivating a tech-savvy generation as part of the nonprofit Connect-IT 360. As the demand for Next Gen Tech 360 surged, Mussler expanded her vision, launching NextGen Tech 360, a groundbreaking entrepreneurship pitch competition for high school students.
Embracing the ethos of entrepreneurship, Robyn provided aspiring young innovators with a platform to showcase their ideas and bring their ideas to life into a minimal viable product (mvp), said her staff.
Connect-IT 360 is a 501(c)(3) that is known for its flagship award-winning Next Gen Tech 360 (NGT360) educational program aimed at providing high school students with a unique experiential learning platform centered around technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. This program offers personalized project experiences, mentoring students to develop, create, and pitch their products to industry leaders and the broader community.
Through strategic leadership and unwavering determination, Mussler guided her company to new heights, securing partnerships with industry leaders and garnering widespread acclaim for its commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in education. Under her visionary leadership, Next Gen Tech 360 became synonymous with innovation and empowerment, inspiring countless students to pursue their passions and embrace the limitless possibilities of business and technology.

The Next Gen Tech program, under Musslers guidance, won the award for the best student tech program in Tampa Bay from Tampa Bay Tech and was also selected as an innovator on fire by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Robyn is a servant leader who values the importance of developing our youths mindset, heart, and skills, and she believes in keeping the community in our community and the human in our relationships, said her staff.
