During one of Kevin Beauchamp’s first annual reviews as an engineer at Galloway Company, he revealed his ambition to become the president of the company. He impressed his managers with his innovative ideas, leadership skills and initiative.
Today, he leads by example and empowers employees to help him create a vision for the future at Galloway Company as the president and chief executive officer. “Kevin never claims to be the smartest person in the room, but he is always one of the hardest workers,” said his staff. “His work ethic and determination have allowed him to lead the success at Galloway Company.”
Galloway Company is a fluid dairy processor that provides concentrated specialty ingredients to its customers, offers meaningful employment, gives back to the community and sets the highest bar for its competitors. It focuses on the hard-to-make, innovative, niche products, and has a passion for getting it right, being nimble and flexible, and doing what others do not want to do.
Under Beauchamp’s leadership, Galloway Company has experienced a remarkable journey of growth, powered by a well-orchestrated strategy of strategic planning. This period has been marked by significant capital investments that have solidified Galloway’s position in the market.
“Continuously reigniting my passion for the business is essential to my role as president and chief executive officer, and one of the most refreshing aspects is visiting our customers to see firsthand the innovative projects they are working on,” said Beauchamp. “Understanding their challenges and discovering how we can assist them in solving problems not only fuels my enthusiasm but also strengthens our commitment to providing exceptional service.”
His impact extends into the industry as a whole. Beauchamp is currently the treasurer of the Wisconsin Dairy Product Association (WDPA) and is on their board of directors. He is an active member of the board of directors for the Greater Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that builds affordable housing for low-income families. He also volunteers as a leadership coach and mentor for the Neenah High School wrestling team.
“I am always on the lookout for new concepts and strategies that can enhance my effectiveness,” said Beauchamp. “Learning something new every day is a personal goal of mine, and I firmly believe in the importance of continuous improvement.”
Beauchamp also believes in continuous improvement and learning for his team. “By fostering an environment of learning and growth, I aim to inspire my team and ensure that we all remain passionate about our work,” he said. “This collective passion ultimately drives our success and propels our organization forward.”
