With over 30 years of history, the agency has established itself as a collective of world-class strategists, storytellers, and designers, now proudly led by its first female president and chief executive officer.
Under Tessmann’s guidance, the company has expanded its reach, developed innovative marketing solutions and solidified its reputation as a leader in the field. The ESOP structure, introduced in 2018, played a pivotal role in fostering a stronger culture of ownership, leading to increased employee retention and long-term business strength, both financially and culturally.
In 2023, the firm acquired Jigsaw LLC, a digitally forward agency with expertise in healthcare, credit unions and consumer packaged goods. This acquisition strengthened its ability to serve new verticals, enhancing leadership in data-driven marketing.
