As the CEO of CCB Technology, Patrick Booth said it’s easy to narrow down his greatest leadership lesson to just one. “I have been reminded that a great leader fins success when they empower their team,” he said.
This sense of empowerment aided the staff when CCB Technology moved after spending 16 years at its headquarters. “I had to trust my team to help oversee the entire move and it was a team effort,” said Booth. “It was a great example to show that there is no one that can do it all alone.”
CCB Technology offers IT solutions and services, including software, hardware, cloud managed services, project services, security, help desk backup, disaster recovery and infrastructure management. The firm’s mission is to help clients achieve their goals and dreams through technology.
In addition to a vigorous headquarter move, CCB Technology has embarked on adapting to changing technology, a growing staff and learning how to work together while being remote during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. “This has been done with creativity and purpose to connect our staff together,” said Booth. “We believe that everyone was made for relationships and we want each employee to feel valued.”
The firm has also invested a lot of time into IT Services. “We understand that technology keeps evolving and we need to keep our clients protected,” said Booth. “This is an investment for the future so each mission can stay true as their organization evolves.”

In addition, Booth said he believes in giving back to the community, which is why the company sponsors the GIVE BACK CHALLENGE each year where employees are given paid time off to serve at nonprofits. As a result, his employees have made an impact at events such as the Post Prom, the STRIVE Golf Classic and Rotary in the Park, as well as sponsoring Habitat for Humanity projects.
As a second-year Titan 100, Booth said expanding his network has been the most obvious benefit. “Without the Titan 100, this never would have happened and I am excited and proud to be part of the program for the second year,” he said.
